- SHIPPING POLICY
For the shipping charges, we will ship all orders using the US Postal Service’s Priority Mail.
The charge for shipping each order will be $5.50, and we will offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00.
- RETURN POLICY
Texas CPAP Supply will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days or the original ship date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items and subtracted from the original cost of the product. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned. All products must be issued a RA# prior to returning them.
Texas CPAP Supply will accept returns for manufacturing defects. Please contact us prior to returning any defective items, so that we may contact the manufacturer for instructions. Shipping cost are not covered by manufacturer’s warranties, and are the responsibility of the customer.
No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the returned products and have had the opportunity to examine them.
